- Master plan
  DEFENSE SECRETARY NORBERTO GONZALES already gave the nation “Oplan Bantay Laya,” the administration’s master plan for liquidating leftists, unleashing Maj. Gen. Jovito Palparan to do its dirty work.
- Another chance
  Many people lament that politics in the country seems to be hopeless, that they cannot hope to see change under the present system. But many of these people are those who do not actively participate in political activities, such as voting in elections. Some of them do not even bother to register as voters.
- Complete justice
  It has been one month since the massacre of 57 people, including 30 media men, was committed in Ampatuan, Maguindanao, and it appears that the victims and their relatives will obtain justice.
